We are looking candidates to work from our Office. You will be working in our Office, with all Biosecurity Protocols!

Our new Agents - Call Center representatives, will be working in an American Call Center environment, interact with the customer to deliver information.

Only Inbound Phone calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Handling inbound calls from external and internal customers
*Performing customer verifications, processing orders, and requests.
*Maintaining a pleasant tone at all times with customers
*Perform up to company standards regarding calls per hour, error and "not ready" time
*Verify all information prior to dispatching a call.

You will be working in Home Office, after the training period (Conditions Apply)

Type of Contract: Undefined Term Contract

Shift: Full Time (8 hours)

Salary: $ 1.600.000 per month ($ 1.240.000 + Plus $ 360.000) + Surcharges by Shifts

Pay Period: Bi-monthly (2 pays every month)
